I'm Emily Harris, an experienced Naturopath and founder of Indigo Wellbeing. I am passionate about natural health and wellbeing. With a gentle, balanced and empathic approach, I hope to hold space for people to really identify areas of their life and their health which need love and attention.

The beauty of the Naturopathic approach is that I treat people not conditions.

I focus on treatment and recommendations that support the body’s self-healing capacity, while also helping you discover not-so-obvious underlying causes. I have a particular interest in Naturopathic approaches to eczema and autoimmune conditions. I suffer from severe eczema and allergies myself and I have a deep-rooted empathy for empowering clients to get to the root cause of their eczema.

Registered Naturopath BSc Health Sciences: Naturopathy MRN CNHC

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences: Naturopathy from the University of Westminster. A Registered Naturopath with the General Council and Register of Naturopaths (GCRN), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK register for Complementary Therapists and The General Naturopathic Council.

Personalised Health Care

The holistic approach to the consultation and treatment plan enables you to evaluate your health, diet and lifestyle and identify areas which may be out of balance. Naturopathy can guide you back towards optimal health, teaching you how to gain control of your health and encouraging you to make thoughtful and informed decisions regarding your own care.  Naturopathic medicine treats diseases by treating people.  The holistic ethos of complementary medicine views the body as a complete ecosystem. An imbalance in this ecosystem may present as symptoms or a named medical condition.

If you'd like to find out more about Naturopathy and how you can improve your health and wellbeing, I'd love to hear from you.
