FOOD INTOLERANCE TESTING
It is thought that almost half of the population react adversely to foods that they eat. Whilst the effects of a food intolerance may not be life-threatening, the resulting symptoms can have a massive impact on a person's quality of life.
Food intolerance can cause a wide range of disruptive symptoms such as skin conditions such as eczema, digestive problems, migraines and headaches, fatigue, depression and low mood, joint pains and a general feeling of being unwell.
Food intolerance tests use a very simple finger prick blood collection wand system. Because the finger prick system is so easy to use, the sample can be taken in your home, or I can do it for you in the clinic. The sample is then posted back to the laboratory (in a pre-paid envelope), tested and analysed for IgG antibody reactions to 100 food and drink ingredients.
The results can provide a much-needed starting point for addressing your symptoms while we work on healing the root cause of the food intolerance and support the body back to optimal health.

Baby massage is a loving, nurturing touch. Through touch, babies learn the comfort and security of loving and being loved. Baby massage has a wide range of both psychological and physiological benefits not only nurturing the parent-child bond but it also plays a significant role in promoting the healthy growth and development of infants.
Baby Massage classes are designed with new parents in mind. Mum’s, Dad’s and caregivers will learn the basics of the baby massage routine which they can then practice at home.
